3-axis Hall Probe K

  • Very thin and long fully integrated 3-axis ceramics Hall probe with the naked Si chip mounted on the ceramic substrate.
  • Available in 2 different thicknesses:

1.    0.5 mm *, with the sensitive probe tip dim. 2.1 x 2.0 x 0.25 mm, and
2.    0.75 mm, with the sensitive probe tip dim. 2.1 x 2.0 x 0.5 mm.

To distinguish the variants 1 and 2, the K with the thickness 0.5 mm have the suffix -x in the Part Numbering.

  • Available in 3 different lengths:

1.    L (long):    71 mm,
2.   M (medium):    47 mm,    and
3.   S (small):    8 mm.

  • Fully integrated CMOS 3-axis (Bx, By, Bz) Hall Probe, of which one, two, or three channels are used
  • Very high spatial resolution (By: 0.03 x 0.005 x 0.03mm^3; Bx and Bz: 0.15 x 0.01 x 0.15mm^3)
  • High angular accuracy (orthogonality error less than +/-0.5°)
  • High frequency bandwidth (from DC up to 25kHz (3D probes) or 75kHz (1D transverse probes))
